Everything went smoothly, the job was to widen and heighten an opening in a structural wall between kitchen and dinning room with new steel beams. All done professionally and a good clean up as well.

Jani and the team were superb throughout. We needed to remove a load bearing wall between our kitchen and dining room and install two beams as there was a large chimney stack in the way. From solving the structural complexities with the engineer to helping the overall design and feel of the project feel first class. Quick response. Came round to assess job and give quote on Wednesday, came round and completed job on Friday. Did a strong job, which he demonstrated by climbing onto work surface afterwards. Work is neat & smartly done.

Yani Pepa employed quality workers. He was amenable to discuss options and problem solve if required, was hands on and had good ideas. At times he was busy with other jobs so our job took a little longer than estimated but he fulfilled all requirements to a high standard and was helpful and courteous throughout. Would have no hesitation in recommending him and we are already using him again for another project.
