We have used Mark twice, firstly with our bathroom and then the downstairs toilet. Each time he has done an amazing job. Always turned up on time, checking in with me to ensure what we wanted and tidied up behind himself at the end of each day. His work is faultless and I would highly recommend him.

I first contacted Mark Probyn to tile our kitchen floor, and from the start, it was clear he’s a great tiler—highly skilled, professional, and a real perfectionist. He was incredibly reliable, always arrived on time, and was fully prepared. His work was organised, and he kept the space remarkably tidy throughout the job. The kitchen floor turned out beautifully—smooth, even, and finished to a high standard. I was so pleased with the result that I asked Mark back to extend the project and tile our laundry room as well. Once again, he delivered brilliant work with the same attention to detail.
