Very pleased with all work done. It was completed in estimated time.

After completing the building refurbishment and extension work, I am more than happy with the finished result. Mark has been reliable and delivered a quality job. All of the trades working with Mark have been polite and have left the site tidy at the end of each day. Any unexpected issues have been discussed and rectified efficiently and any additional work has been incorporated with ease. I feel very satisfied with our finished home.

Mark built our extension on time and within budget. The quality of his work was outstanding, and has been consistently commented on by others as such. What really stood out was the care and pride he took. On more than one occasion, when there were inevitable issues, his priority was to do the right thing for the job. Most important for us was the care and consideration he gave to our family (7 and 8 yo children and a dog) as we lived on site throughout. All this could also be said of the team he brought with him, who were of equal quality, and a testament to his high reputation as a builder.

Mark and his trade contacts were all professional, polite, communicative and great at what they do. He is a man of his word, which carries great value these days. Any issues encountered in the process were resolved promptly. We were thrilled with the conversion of our garage into a studio/utility room.

Our refurbishment involves demolition, installation of structural steelwork, creating an additional floor level and modifying the loft space. The work is 60% complete and we are more than happy with the result so far. All of the workforce and trades involved have been terrific. They have been reliable and their work is to a high standard. They work hard and leave the site in a tidy condition at the end of the day. Nothing is too much to ask and small alterations are accepted without complaint.

The work was carried out efficiently and courteously. Target dates were met and if there were any issues, these were discussed and overcome. Our site was left clean and tidy and, I've never seen such a clean and well organised builder's van. We have the final phase of our renovation work coming up and, I'm hoping that Mark will be available to carry it out.
