I had a lot of high end furniture moved from a local house to a rental, less than one mile. The people that moved the furniture were inexperienced and damaged two very expensive pieces of furniture. I reported the damage on the day and have heard nothing since. Both pieces must go back to the furniture makers that made them. I also had a significant volume of furniture delivered to storage and the van left without me being able to check it was empty. I have used this company several times and this is the first time this happened and it is not their policy.

This was the second time we have used Movivan. The team from start to finish were extremely professional. They did what they would do, accommodated all reasonable requests including last minute changes. On the day they kept us informed, the team arrived on time. Everyone was very respectful and worked hard nearly non-stop for 8 hours - moving a 4 bedroom house split over storage and a new property. Will not hesitate to use them again.

The Movivan crew were punctual, attentive, and extremely helpful, whilst working very methodically and efficiently during the process of our move. Every care taken to avoid any potential damage to removal items. Unlike other companies, there were no hidden charges, just a transparent fixed fee agreed in advance with no maneuvers to try and apply additional charges post move. A very professional and hard working team, that managed a large scale move with one single journey using multiple trucks in parallel to avoid unnecessary back and forth. I strongly recommend Movivan!

Movivan is an excellent removal firm. The team arrived on time, and were very friendly and efficient. They took care with my belongings and also when they unloaded they checked the location for where everything should go. The price was also very fair. I would highly recommend them.
