Very responsive from first enquiry. Really cheerful group of 3 who were great. They packed and moved for us and we were very pleased with the work.

From start to finish, Andy, Patrick and John were friendly, warm and cheerful. Nothing was too much trouble. They were punctual, polite, and made the whole process of moving feel completely stress free. They handled all of our furniture (particularly my piano which I was worried about) with such care and professionalism. A special shoutout to Patrick who also managed to give us a quick mini guitar lesson during the day - very cool 😊 Andy and the team are very reliable and clearly take pride in their work. We’ll absolutely be using them again when it’s time for our next move. Thank you all!!!

Wonderful lads who worked exceptionally fast whilst taking care to avoid any damage.

We needed 3 complete beds removed from the home we had just purchased. Setting up the removal of the items was quick and easy with Andy. He gave a great quote and was accommodating on timing and even adding an internal bed from one room to another. Andy is highly responsive on text and his office alerted me a few days prior of a delay (2 hours) due to road works. The team, Patrick and Reuben turned up close to the promised time and were very efficient, careful and friendly. I will certainly use Move it Midlands for any future disposal or moving needs. Very friendly, capable, trustworthy and reliable staff who did everything possible to help me move house after 37 years. Everything carefully packed and labelled. I ended up with only 5 days notice of moving but they were very accommodating and flexible. I would recommend them.
