    Excellent experience

    I had to book movers, and the entire process with Move For You Removal was excellent and smooth. They kept me informed while en route, handled all items with care, and assembled and disassembled furniture as required. The team was very professional, friendly, and went the extra mile to help. Highly recommended.

    The team delivered a reasonable quote for the works needed to be put in. Communications prior to the move were easily answered well within 24 hours, often sooner than that. The team packed up our 2 bed flat the day before moving, packaging all items carefully. No items were damaged in the moving process of all items packed. They also disassembled furniture with ease and finesse. On our 'move day' they arrived slightly later than the agreed time, but certainly not anything to worry about. The team worked

    Stress-free from start to finish

    My first time doing a big move. In the months leading to my move the communication with Alam and Jenny was brilliant. Questions always answered immediately and in a friendly manner. I was able to stop worrying about how it would work; it would all be taken care of by them. The team worked swiftly and hard on the day. The team leader was so calm and experienced; an expert at getting furniture through doors and an expert at dismantling and putting things together again. No problems at all. Great service.

    Efficient , hardworking and competitive

    I was moving house and chose this company as they were very competitive, they replied almost instantly to any questions that I had pre contract and then delivered a perfect house move . The communication from Jenny is fantastic at keeping up to speed with what is happening and the boys doing the removal were polite, helpful and very hard working . Couldn’t ask for more . I would thoroughly recommend them to you too .

    Items damaged during house move

    Process with them was straight forward. But after they left only then realised some of our items were damaged. We contacted them and they said they would pass on to the complaints team.. it’s been couple months with no response

    Thank you for your feedback. We have reviewed the matter in detail, and as previously communicated, we are unable to take responsibility for the damages reported. You have booked a basic loading and offloading service only, and all packing was carried out by yourself beforehand. You were present throughout both stages of the move and you were able to observe the entire process. Our team handled all items with care. There were no incidents of dropping, hitting, or mishandling any goods, and no damage occurred to the items we handled during transit. Thank you and all the best to your new home.
