10 Outstanding Service and Exceptional Care!

Neil and his son were absolutely amazing! My mum is hard of hearing and can be wary of people she doesn’t know, but they made her feel completely at ease. They did an outstanding job—my mum is thrilled with her new roof. The moss had been there since she bought the house 40 years ago, and they removed it with ease. They were incredibly polite, communication was excellent, and the after-care has been impeccable. Neil went out of his way to provide a thorough cleaning job on my roof which had years of stubborn moss build-up. He worked long days to get the job done to the high standards he sets himself and was always polite, considerate and professional. After doing some research, I was anxious to avoid hiring one of the bad companies that unfortunately seem to exist in this sector. However, Neil immediately put my mind at rest when he came to assess the job. I could tell he takes immense pride in his work and the results speak for themselves. Our system uses compressed air rather than scraping, pressure washing, or heat treatments.
This is by far the best way to get the moss off your roof tiles with no damage.
Moss Off Roof can restore the surface of almost any roof - even very fragile/damaged ones - without going on the roof - we have cleaned the fragile tiles on 200-year-old cottages with our Roof Cleaning System. We have an extensive photo library of previous jobs we have carried out.
Other surfaces we can clean are wooden shingle tiles, thatch, and commercial building roofs - in fact, almost any surface.
We also chemically treat your roof once cleaned to inhibit the return of moss and algae. Moss Off Roof staff are trained in the use of Exterior Cleaning Chemicals.
