Very pleased with the work unblocking the downpipe. When initially quoted on the mossinator visit, I was quoted for the downpipe to be unblocked, the gutters to be cleared and the roof to be cleared of moss. All that moss from the roof that I expressed my suprise that was not cleared on the visit will now go into the gutters & block them again. The whole experience from quote to conclusion was excellent. They turned up on time, had all the right equipment, were polite, conscientious and experienced. We weren't sure if the gutters were blocked so we contacted Mossinator and they came round within 4 hours! We have used them a couple of times before to clean the moss of roofs and they always made a very good job of them. They clear up and leave the property tidy.
