Tom is very professional, punctual and polite. His quote was very reasonable and when the job was done the quoted price was the total due. He did a fantastic job removing the moss from our roof and left the site immaculate. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Tom to friends and family should they require his services. Moss gone cleared our House and large Garage of serious moss growth. flower beds were protected throughout and all moss removed from site. A most proffesional job with a friendly helpful approach. We chose to use Moss Gone based on local recommendations and it was a good decision. Tom was extremely diligent and worked really hard on our roof. The end result is excellent with the roof looking lovely and no more lumps of moss around the house. Tom was brilliant. Very thorough at cleaning all the moss off my roof. It's never looked so clean! Unfortunately, it started to rain at the point where the treatment could be applied, but he patiently waited for it to clear so the job could be completed the same day.
