Max did an excellent job with our retaining wall, which was in particularly bad shape. It has now been thoroughly strengthened, and we're impressed with how neatly it was finished. Excellent. Highly recommend. I have had repointing of the front and back of my house, treatment on side and work/repairs to my chimney. Not only is the work to the highest standard but the care, cleanliness and tidiness of my property before during and after was amazing. Max is a lovely person who also keeps you updated throughout the job and explains everything including any unexpected issues and comes up with the best solution. I can thoroughly recommend Max at Mortar Point Brickwork. He has a long waiting list (we waited a year) but don’t be put off by that, it was definitely worth the wait. Max is very knowledgeable and is very happy to help with any questions or concerns about your brickwork. He’s hard working, polite and very tidy too. Couldn’t recommend Max more! Incredible craftsmanship, pride in his work and just an all round lovely guy. I called max when we bought a new home that was badly in need of repointing (before and after in the pictures). From the moment he came out to quote us he was an absolute delight. We had to wait over a year because unsurprisingly he’s got quite the waiting list, it was so worth the wait!
