Called Andy after unfortunately experiencing a cowboy screwing up a job in our house. He came over and fixed the bodge-job the previous "plumber" left and ghosted us over. Also advised that the previous person had lied and not fitted the new siphon type we had asked for. But Andy was sound, took apart the downstairs toilet, replaced the siphon, inlet valve and the flushing mechanism with all new parts and put everything back together without leaving leaks. With hindsight I should've gone to Andy first rather than this stinging for two lots of cost on the same job but you live and learn.

Job was trickier than expected but did a great job, came when he said he would no problems highly recommend!

Great all round. Highly recommend. Changed taps on bath and basin. Helped bury some external pipes and moved radiator along kitchen wall. Friendly, polite and punctual, would use again for future jobs!

Andy came across as an expert in plumbing issues, promptly identified leak using his experience and skills and went out of way to procure parts and fix
