  Sophie was easy to contact and discuss needs. She explained what needed to be done and options available. Arrived on time each day and always worked cleanly and with purpose. She finished ahead of schedule for which she gave me a good discount. I would happily recommend and use again.

  From start to finish the job was excellent, she was extremely professional and quick. Kept the place as clean as possible and cleared away all the mess. Even moved heavy furniture which we could not. Would recommend highly.

She undertook a review of multiple rooms within the house impacted by damp, and provided excellent services in advising on the causes and addressed the critical areas.
