Not only were we informed the entire process of what was going on, but we weren't even upcharged for a previous plumbers error, and even got information for another problem in the house free of charge.

At very short notice, John came the next day to remove our old washer/dryer which was very heavy & wedged under the kitchen unit. A new one was delivered & he fitted it the following day. We were very impressed & appreciative of his service & reasonable charge. If we ever need a plumber again, he will be top of the list.

John was very professional and friendly , I would highly recommend him .
