    I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I had a problem with my front door lock and mechanism and, unfortunately, to add to the problem it had been discontinued. Despite this Graham made sure that the door was secure and ordered parts that he was sure would fit with some fettling. The parts arrived the next day and he sorted everything and even worked around my limited availability due to having to visit the hospital. An excellent job at an amazing price, no call out fee and no charge if he couldn’t fix it. WOW!!!

    Snapped key in lock

    I can’t recommend this locksmith enough! We snapped the key in our back double doors, I rang & they came out immediately. The technician arrived promptly, he was professional. He quickly assessed the situation and replaced the lock with a high-quality one, ensuring that everything was secure and functioning perfectly. Not only was he skilled and efficient, but he also took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. I’m incredibly grateful for the 10/10 service. I will be recommending to family & friends!

    Needed a new lock fitting.

    Excellent service. I rang and explained the problem, they knew exactly what the issue was and how to resolve it. They were with me within 10 minutes and the new lock with 5 keys was all finished about 10 minutes after they arrived. Highly recommend the service, it was professional, friendly, efficient and reasonably priced: couldn't ask for more. Will definitely use again should the need arrive.
