  Didn’t turn up, didn’t contact to cancel

  Disappointed, we spoke on the phone, he was coming out to quote at a specific time and date, but he never made contact to cancel and didn’t show up. When I tried to call him he didn’t answer the phone. Our initial conversation was fine, really professional so I have no idea why he just didn’t show. He could’ve called or messaged to save me wasting my day waiting in

  Lee and his team were helpful, polite and friendly throughout. The quality of their work is excellent and Lee takes care of every detail, discussing options for what I wanted. The end result exceeded my expectations. Lee's quote was clear and he communicated clearly and regularly throughout the project. His team did their best to minimise disruption for my neighbours who have commented how polite they were. I will definitely use Lee for any future work and would recommend him highly.

  Removal of structural wall

  Lee and his team were easy to work with and highly communicative throughout the process, quoting and starting the work promptly after I was let down by a different builder. Lee was reassuring, kept me informed throughout and can’t fault the work. He worked with the steel fabricator to ensure the specs were OK and the boarding and skim for the finish were as neat as possible. Would definitely use Morgan Home Improvements for future projects and recommend to friends.

  Dig out floor, lay damp proof course and re lay floor

  I highly recommend Lee at Morgan Home Improvements. I contacted Lee with an urgent job to dig out our kitchen floor, lay a damp proof course and re lay the floor to avoid any delay to our kitchen fitting. Lee responded quickly and clearly explained what needed to be done. The job was done quickly and efficiently, the rubbish was all removed and everything was left clean and tidy. Lee was a pleasure to deal with and all at a very reasonable cost. I won’t hesitate to call Lee again for any future building work we need.

  Dorma loft converstion

  I will now be using Lee and team for all my home improvements. Lovely honest guys who were really thorough, talked through exactly what I wanted and gave me some advice on how things could be done differently if I needed it. They were in my home pretty much full time for a few months and its too quiet now without them! They were a pleasure to deal with and really nice and friendly to have a chat with. The work is finished and Lee has been brilliant at making sure everything is to a high standard and fixing any issues that have arisen. Thanks Lee and team, see you on my next project, Beth & Tim
