    Mark, the fitter, was a very friendly and helpful person. He gave us a very detailed demonstration on how to operate the ladder and loft hatch. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very patient with us as we are elderly and not in good health.

    Harry and Ethan came and installed a new hatch and surround to fit a new loft ladder. The work was very professionally carried out and they were punctual, polite and left all neat and tidy. We are extremely pleased with this company and would recommend them to anyone.

    Harry and Ethan did an exceptional job boarding my loft and installing my ladder for me, which has been sitting unused for several months! Loft looks gorgeous and they took care to show me around the space and how to use the ladder afterwards. Everything was tidy when they finished. Very professional, would highly recommend.
