  It was a pleasure dealing with more than loft ladders from start to finish. Finn and Drew were both polite and very professional on every occasion. Customer satisfaction was very obviously a priority for them. We are very happy with the work that was completed. It was done with care and they left the work space clean and tidy on both occasions. We are so impressed with the work, that we are considering asking them to return to carry out further work on our property.

  Fitting new loft hatch and loft ladder.

  The fitters were very helpful, friendly and professional throughout. They assessed the work required and gave a very reasonable quote. They arrived promptly as arranged and carried out the agreed work as arranged. The quality of work was excellent. They left the work area clean and tidy and gave a demonstration of how the loft ladder worked. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

  Absolutely Fantastic Service

  Best in class service from More Than Loft Ladders. We had been let down with “no shows” in the past from different companies. Initial contact with MTLL was followed up within 24 hours and a survey booked in the following day. Survey completed and a detailed explanation of what MTLL would be able to offer. We decided to go ahead and the installation was carried out a few days later. I made a mistake and requested that the technician fitting the loft hatch leave it to me to finish off. That was a big mistake on my part. I contact MTLL and without any hesitation they sent another technician out.

  Outstanding Service and Product

  I had my loft partially boarded out and a loft ladder fitted recently. From the very first contact with the company to the work being completed, the customer service was outstanding. Aliza communicated with us, every step of the way in her friendly, polite manner. Fin provided us with the quote, listening to what we wanted with no 'hard sell' to make us spend more. He fitted the boarding and the ladder, working quickly and efficiently, even taking care to put covers down so he didn't make a mess on our new carpets! Would highly recommend this company.
