I had my loft partially boarded out and a loft ladder fitted recently. From the very first contact with the company to the work being completed, the customer service was outstanding. Aliza communicated with us, every step of the way in her friendly, polite manner. Fin provided us with the quote, listening to what we wanted with no 'hard sell' to make us spend more. He fitted the boarding and the ladder, working quickly and efficiently, even taking care to put covers down so he didn't make a mess on our new carpets!
