Very impressed from start to finish - easy to book a consultation and instant quote given. The father and son team arrived bang on time on the morning arranged and worked tirelessly without any breaks to get the work completed. They were friendly, polite and completely considerate throughout whilst remaining totally professional. At the end of installation they showed me exactly how to use the hatch and ladder and how the lighting worked as well as checking I was happy with the boarding, explaining why certain things had to be done the way they were because of water pipes. 100% recommend 👍

Was very pleased with the work that was done. They were all very good from Ben when he came to give me a quote and both boys did a very good job and explained how it all worked very simple,they cleared up you wouldn't have known that they had been there,just like they say.

From our first contact, to the work being completed, I have been so pleased. Ben was so accommodating when I had to change the work date, it was like chatting to family but very professional. The lads that came to undertake the loft were absolute lovely. People you are happy to have in your home. The work was undertaken with care and very tidy. The workings were explained very clearly and they checked I was able to use the hatch and ladder. I would not hesitate to recommend Ben and his team, in fact my daughter is now having her loft quoted for.
