Very professional, polite and considerate. They cleared our loft and put new insulation down along with flooring on an agreed section. New loft hatch and ladder fitted. The end result was amazing. Would highly recommend them.

Recently had the boarding replaced as well as a new ladder and hatch. Steve was knowledgeable about our needs, no pushy sales. The communication throughout was great with option to change dates if we needed to. The team arrived promptly, were professional and polite. They have done a great job and left the work area spotless. They made sure we were completely happy before they left.

Work carried out when arranged. Very efficient and much quicker than I expected.

Excellent from quoting to completion. Steve was asked to complete a small bit of floor boarding that didn't get done by another company a few years back (cannot recall why - may be due to 'rubbish' that had not been cleared) and provide more storage by installing shelving. Additionally I requested some pipework that stuck up through the floor boards to be 'boxed' so as to prevent damage to as we found we were constantly walking into - this was not problem. Also we had a light fitted, all in all very happy with the transformation, service provided and tidiness Will recommend
