Jed responded quickly and gave us a number of quotes for different packages available and listened to what we needed. The quote was competitive, the whole experience was seamless, even down to reminders about the scheduled date set for the work. Jed respected our property, covered the hallway with dust sheets and the surrounding area. He worked throughout the whole day, ensuring every detail was correct. He even told us that our water tank had a broken lid and may need replacing to keep the water source clean. We are over the moon with the finished job. Jed was wholly reliable and trustworthy

We have recently had our loft boarded by Jed at More Than Loft Ladders and I’m so pleased with it. We had shelving, lighting, full boarding and a new loft hatch and ladder. He was great to communicate with from the start. I was really impressed that he could give me a quote before he even left and I loved the booklet as it had pictures to choose from. He arrived on time and he worked really well. He also cleaned up after himself as well. It has given us so much storage space. I am very happy with the work that's been done.
