Excellent communication with Oli from MLL. We had a loft ladder and storage shelves installed and are extremely pleased with the standard of work done. Very competitive price too.

My loft casing needed to be replaced. Oliver was helpful and friendly from the outset. He strove to fit in his visit around my work commitments. His work was professional and he did extra work to ensure the finish was perfect. It was refreshing to have work done by a tradesman who takes such pride in his work and goes above and beyond

More Than Loft Ladders installed a loft ladder in February 2024 at our house in Penwortham. In August 2025 they installed a loft ladder, raised loft flooring and shelving at our daughter's house in New Longton. Their quotes were prompt and competitive and they offered sound advice to help us reach decisions. The work was carried out efficiently and with minimum fuss and disruption. We are very pleased with their overall performance and would not hesitate to use them again.

Delighted with the service and response times given by Oliver at More Than Loft Ladders. I needed a quote for my loft hatch to be replaced as it had fallen down. He organised an evening appointment to suit me and also provided a written quote. He arrived promptly and was friendly, polite and helpful. He explained things clearly and also said that he would just double check that the original hatch was definitely broken. He was able to refix it! I was absolutely delighted. Oli did a great job fitted my loft ladder and board's, also installed a light. Never stopped all day. It was exactly what I wanted and for the right price, would definitely recommend Oli, the house was spotless when he left.
