Job location: RM12Mo was really helpful; he recently used TRVs to fix my new radiators. He was also incredibly dependable and timely. He left everything spotless and had excellent communication. He was able to describe the work and what he would accomplish, and he gave me a quote that did not include any excess work. Mo is very professional in his approach to work and his customers. He is considerate and helpful especially in emergency situations. My mum's toilet was completely blocked and had started to leak. I approached Mo quite late in the night and he agreed to come. He swiftly sorted out the toilet blockage and fixed minor leak as well.
