    Converted outhouse into annex, complete with new flooring, lining, shower room, kitchen, etc

    Shane and his team were the most honest and trustworthy that I have come across. They completed the job to a very high standard, and we are overwhelmingly pleased by the results. There were some unforseen issues, which meant that the work went on a little longer than expected. However, this was not their fault, and Shane always kept us informed. Overall, thank you; you have provided us with a great new space, and we will certainly be happy to work with you again.

    Putting up a garden fence

    Shane and his team did a great job in advising on the best way to put the fence up within challenging circumstances. They put the fence up carefully and well. They were diligent, polite, patient, friendly and very capable. They left the area tidier than it was when they arrived!

    Fixing dormer Ceiling and replacing Floorboards

    Shane was very knowledgeable on the issues I was having with a dormer ceiling. This was replaced with him suggesting extra insulation which I had not considered. Very good to work with.

    Solving penetrating damp issues

    Front of our house was suffering from penetrating damp. After discussing through and looking at what could potentially be contributing to the issue, Shane and Brendan suggested pragmatic solutions to improving airflow to sunk air bricks whilst minimising water ingress and preventing detritus from blocking them. Additionally, took a look at the internal wall cavity and removed a load of debris there. Completed the work despite it being a bigger job than anticipated. Felt very involved and listened to in addition to having my many questions patiently answered. would highly recommend!
