Dean replied so promptly and got the work done to a high standard. He organized for a great pair of scaffolders to come who were also friendly and professional- checking if we needed to protect our floors etc. Very happy with the work and would recommend.

The estimate for the job was very reasonable, communication with the owner was excellent. He provided photos of the work completed and returned to repair a loose brick caused by scaffolding pressure on the balcony.

Dean came out quickly to assess the work, explained what was needed, provided the quote promptly and booked the job as soon as I confirmed intention to proceed. He arranged the erection and removal of scaffolding (both of which were done earlier than planned) in preparation for the work. Then he and his team turned up when he said they would and completed the work quickly, with absolutely no fuss, and the finished job is exactly what I had imagined. Absolutely straightforward experience dealing with Dean. Good communication at all stages. Would happily recommend and would use again.
