A new garden gate was needed. Steve came to measure up and recommended who to provisionally get the gate from. After informing Steve of the gate I wanted, he took care of ordering it. Lovely fittings too. I would certainly recommend this firm for gates and fencing.

On 17 March 2026 Montrose Fencing removed an old broken fence in my rear garden and replaced it with a brand new fence. Their workmanship was first class and I certainly recommend them.

Excellent from start to finish. Steve arrived promptly for quotation. Clear understanding of work required. Immediate quote given at a very fair price. Job booked a few days later and given a convenient date for work within three weeks of quote. Steve and two colleagues arrived on date given with all work completed within a couple of hours to a very high standard. Very respectful of property and cleared up afterwards. Will definitely use again for any further work needed. Highly recommended!!!

Steve was very easy to deal with and was very clear about the job. He responded quickly to communications. He and his colleague were very punctual, did exactly what had been agreed, and took away all the rubbish as arranged. They were both friendly and polite, and got on with what was an awquard task with quiet efficiency. They were both very good at what they did. I was impressed with how nothing seemed to phase them.
