William was just the best ever tradesperson we’ve employed in over thirty years of home improvement in five different homes. So deeply respectful and anxious to give us what we were seeking. His build quality is exemplary. He never rushed. He gave us an estimate of the total cost and stuck with that. We couldn’t be more pleased and have him returning later in the year to replace the bathroom!

We had a fantastic experience using Will for a complete bathroom redesign and fit. Despite the property proving to be quite awkward to work in, Will was brilliant throughout the whole process, extremely reliable and went above and beyond to make the bathroom look as good as possible, giving us complete peace of mind. Will helped us fully redesign our bathroom from an outdated bathroom to a sleek modern shower room. The space is roomy but has a sloping roof which made the spec slightly difficult but Will recommended a shower cubicle design that suits the room fantastically. He plumbed the new shower through the sloped ceiling also meaning that it saved on space also which was critical. Thanks Will, fantastic job again. Highly recommended.

Will was highly recommended to us and we will be highly recommending him as well. From the outset you could tell that you are in safe hands as Will listens to what you would like and also suggested some great ideas that we are really happy about. Will has done the full job for us on taking out, fitting, tiling, plumbing and the electrics for our bathroom. He turns up on time, works really hard and is very considerate that you are living in the space that is being worked on too. A completely trustworthy, honest, extremely capable and nice guy. Will was excellent from start to finish. Couldn’t have done more. We now have a beautiful new bathroom. We were away on holiday when most of the work was carried out, but I had no concerns leaving Will to get on with the job. When taking out the old bathroom, which had been there some time some unexpected issues were found, but Will dealt with these brilliantly. Lovely bathroom. Good workmanship and Will is so polite, courteous and hard working.
