The serviceman was prompt polite and explained everything about my machine, the fees were clearly explained prior to the visit and the work was completed there and then. Great service.

James was very responsive and booked a day to visit promptly. He was really helpful in sorting out our very old cooking range, really like that he didn't use/charge for new parts unnecessarily, explained the problem and how he fixed it and gave me good advice for future operation of the cooking range. Highly recommend.

Have a range gas cooker, which Stoves had said they did not do any parts anymore due to its age. Contacted Montgomery Domestics, and right from the start the receptionist was fantastic. The boss James came out, fault found the 2 broken parts, one which was easier to find and this was fitted by another colleague, and then when the second fault was established, the part was located by them, and got from abroad and fitted. All working lovely now. I cannot say how thankful I am. Their professionalism, punctuality, tidyness + niceness. Really nice price for their effort. Thank you very much.
