All seemed well, until we started having leaks through the house. Three times we had them in to fix radiator leaks. The 4th time they refused to come and we had an independent plumber come. He found that there wasn't plumbers tape put on the entire thread and it was the cause for the leak. Two parts of our ceiling have fallen down. Montali admitted to one part and offered to repair but that never happened. We have reported these leaks from the start and been fobbed off and ignored by Montali when bringing it up. Another plumber has been & found the issues with work quality that caused the leak

A great job and so pleased with the outcome. The whole process was so professional and clear. The technical survey was crystal clear and helpful for our preparation. The engineers arrived and completed the job. There was absolutely no mess and all rubbish was removed. We are so happy and would highly recommend the company. Well done and thank you. 👍👌

From the first visit by Ross and then David, Montali kept us informed as to what would happen and when. The heating engineers Barry and Joe and the electrician David arrived very promptly and completed the job in a professional, courteous and friendly manner. They tidied up and all the rubbish was removed. All in all an excellent service. We would highly recommend Montali Energy Services. Thanks guys for a job well done

Work was carried out quickly and efficiently in under 2 days and we are happy with the work carried out. Ross and his team were friendly and helpful-from coming out to do the initial estimate, being approachable throughout and explaining what they were doing and linking up well to the other services required (carpet fitter, plasterer and joiner). Thank you so much, would definitely recommend.

Right from the off, Ross and Ali demonstrated a “can do” approach. Ali and Chris spent two weeks on site – along with all the other Montali tradesmen. There were plenty of unexpected challenges along the way – which required problem solving skills and determination to find – not just any answer – but the best answer. The team took real pride in their work. Ali and Chris worked really hard – and were a pleasure to have round the house. At the end of the job we are extremely happy. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending Montali.
