Ross was really accommodating when booking the job in. The guys turned up on time and consulted with me exactly what was needed. Within 45 minutes I had so much light flooding the house again and the garden had been cleared up! We had a large tree felled and logged by Ross and his team. Great communication from start to finish. They arrived on time were professional, efficient and very friendly. Amazing to watch them work. The work was to be done In Basingstoke 60 miles from where I live in Bristol. Monster Tree Services promptly did an initial site visit, then gave a competitive quote. We used Monster Tree Services to quote and then remove two large trees from our garden. They carried out the quote really quickly and it was a detailed quote covering the various aspects of the work. They were able to fit us in and on the day completed the work to a brilliant standard. Both trees removed (and stumps ground out) within a couple of hours and the site was left really tidy. This company were very quick to respond to my post. They were also quick coming back to me, with a reasonable quote for work to be done. They fitted my job into their busy schedule, which was great.
