    Very bad service

    He came out and took rubbish. Asked my wife to help with a very heavy door which resulted in her hurting her food. Also damaged my new drive which was newly painted. Showed proof and he said he will pay for damage. Week and half later now he is not answering my calls or returning my texts. Very poor communication and how to do business. Getting very frustrated as no communication with him as he is completely ignoring me. Will potentially end up taking this to small claims court if not resolved. From £100 issue to more expensive now for him as have all messages and cctv

    Efficient, fair, polite and a massive help!

    I enquired about a garage clearance and recieved a response almost immediately. I was provided with a breakdown of cost and fees, and any questions that I had were answered in depth. This helped massively as I believed there were some items I'd have to dispose of myself. The gentleman that came out was lovely and polite, very efficient and thorough, and made sure to keep me updated on the progress throughout the time he was here. The price was very reasonable for myself as I had a budget, and a skip wasn't within that. I believed I would need a couple of visits but I was ensured they had a few
