Monks Property Services have a very obvious pride in their work. The finish was very good indeed and they work very efficiently to get the job done as quickly as possible without actually cutting any corners to achieve it. I will be using their services again.

I contacted Jon,based on being local and excellent reviews. Jon slotted my work in to suit my diary. What was going to be a kitchen refurb quickly turned into discovery that my very old timber framed cottage had a failing front wall with rotted timbers and in danger of collapsing. Jon and Ben rapidly stepped up. Got a structural enginer in , and together designed and installed a new timber frame to support. They then moved onto installing a Howdens kitchen into my wonky and out of true cottage Jon and Ben worked with the cottage, adapting units to suit and making a superb job of all! Thankyu

Jon and Ben did a fantastic job removing our chimney breast. They were really efficient and, clearly, highly skilled. They cleaned up really well and were friendly and accommodating to the fact that I was working from home while they were here. Great communication and overall I'm really happy with the work they carried out. Would definitely recommend them.

I used Jon for the first time to install a new kitchen in my nursery. He communicated throughout the process; adapting where necessary and offering cost-saving or practical options. I then invited Jon back to take on my home kitchen refit; including plumbing and electrical work. Jon and Ben carefully took our old units out ready for resell and transformed our kitchen into an fantastic, updated space with personal touchessuch as using our old worktops to make into shelves. We made some adjustments to the plan along the way which he was happy to take on . Definitely recommend.

Jon and Ben from Monks Property Services were used by us to renovate a small utility room. Also had to fix a water leak that had started and replaced a ceiling. Excellent quality of work, great communication throughout. Very happy with results and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. We have already recommended to friends who've enquired who we used.
