Tom was amazing. He quickly came and gave us an true assessment of what needed to be done and an accurate quote to replace our gutters and fix a valley in our roof with fibre glass, as well as repair any other lose tiles. He was so lovely and easy to work with, and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend.

Tom carried out the work to a high professional standard. He was pleasant to deal with. He was punctual and a good communicator. Before carrying out the job he came and explained very clearly how he proposed to carry it out. When he started the work he also gave us regular updates on how it was progressing. We would not hesitate to recommend Tom.

Tom came for an investigation of the leakage on the day I called him and suspected it was due to the small gap between the vent pipe and the external wall. He and the team came the next week and resealed the gap in less than an hour. Hopefully it will fix the leakage, they were really professional and efficient. Very pleased with the service.
