Communication from start to finish was very good, the company is polite and professional to deal with. Pointing is a messy job but they sheeted of to minimise mess and always cleaned up at the end of the day. The work was always on schedule to finish when they said it would and the end product looked great, I have no problem at all recommending Monarch Pointing.
