asked 7 companies for quote, and arranged for 4 to come out, Charlie was the only one to turn up. gave me quote and completed the job 4 days later, fast reliable, would recommend.

It's slightly alarming to learn that you need complete replacement of a main pitched roof and two flat roofs over extensions, but Charlie and his team made the whole process as painless as it could be in the circumstances. The pricing was reasonable, and they were able to start immediately. Charlie and his guys worked solidly through all weathers and even at weekends to get the job done and the house watertight. All his team were polite, friendly, cheerful, professional and incredibly hard working. the finished roofs are in keeping with the property and well finished. We'll miss the guys!

The job that was done by Charlie and his guys was to resurface my flat dormer roof which had been damaged by a seagull pecking at the roof and making hole. Charlie check with his drone and offered me two types of roofing that would do the job. I went for the cheaper one which Charlie recommended would last for at least 10 years. As well as being a nice friendly guy he began work two days after we first spoke and he did a great, speedy job. I cannot praise him highly enough and I have recommended him to a friend and he now working on her roof!

At first repair seemed ok. Then the roof started leaking in other places. I did contact them but they never returned to fix issues. I contacted another roofer and he has replaced issues. He told us we were charged £1500 for a window that cost less than £100. The ridge tiles we were charged £2000 which cost £200. They had broken lots of tiles which were now leaking. The ridge tiles and window were fitted incorrectly so they were leaking and damaging the inside of loft. The new roofer charged us £150 to repair faults. They charged for a velux window but that wasn’t what was fitted.

My elderly mum had roof tiles missing and damaged guttering due to bad weather recently and MED did an excellent job. They kept me informed of what was being done and the cost at every stage of the repair. I would highly recommend them!

Very quickly visited the property and gave us an estimate. The repairs were carried out speedily and efficiently two days later. An urgent job since rain water was entering the roof space. Nothing but praise for Charlie and his team and would recommend their company.
