Happy to recommend Luca and Monaco window cleaning. Our roof was in need of a good cleaning. However we were not keen on using a powerful jet wash to do the job. Luca and his team physically scrape the moss and detritus from all the roof tiles and then apply a ‘soft wash’ to kill the lichen and algae. Difficult and tiring work but performed to a very high standard. They work hard in what can be difficult circumstances.

Luca was extremely professional to deal with and did a superb job of cleaning down our house render that had become weathered and covered in algae over time. We are very pleased with the results and quality of work, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or reach out to him again!

Luca cleaned our roof removing the moss. He treated the roof so the moss wouldn’t grow again. All areas were called and tidied afterwards. Would definitely recommend this type of cleaning and definitely Luca to do the work.
