I want to preface this by saying Carl is polite and clearly passionate about his work, so writing this is uncomfortable. However, we are unhappy with our experience. Breakdown of issues as follows: drawings were referenced but later admitted not to exist; a 1–2 week job took 6+ weeks; repeated mistakes (wrong skirting size/depth); rushed finish due to another job; doors poorly made and units built to wrong height despite agreement. All of this acknowledged and agreed to return. Paid on promise of return by request, now it is 3 months later, no contact or sign of return. Proceed with caution.

CAD drawings offered for £25 add on but refused to pay so worked off hand drawings
You wanted skirting like for like against my advise, changed at my cost.
unit pre made (to correct height) you changed height due to it “not flowing with mantle & fireplace” at my cost.
once work completed you spent 20minutes with me looking & then had 24hours to look further all okay and paid apart from 1 hinge adjustment amended in 24hours
