Carl came out to a property I'm currently buying to check condition of floorboards and to quote for any work that maybe needed. Everything was thoroughly explained and talked through, and I received the written report the same day, with a very good quote. As soon as I can I will have Carl back out to make a start on the worked needed, and would definitely make him my first call for any further work.
