  Kitchen Install

  Issac did not disappoint. From the first contact, through to the quote stage and finally his workmanship. He arrived when he said he would, started and finished our kitchen in the agreed time frame, and is always happy. What I liked best, was how he offered suggestions that only enhanced our vision. I can honestly say it was a pleasure having him in our home, and seeing how much pride he has in his work. Would definitely use the company again.

  Reinstatement of kitchen cupboard and Belfast sink

  What a nice person Isaac is an very efficient. I needed a cupboard and sink reinstalled after an insurance claim. Isaac responded very quickly to my request for a quote, which was very competitive, and he advised me that he could do the work within 48 hours. He arrived on time and inspected the work which had been carried by the insurers plumber and found it was leaking. He repaired the leak and then installed the cupboard and sink. I would certainly recommend Isaac and use him in the future.

  Dressing room instillation

  Had a bespoke dressing room fitted, Isaac was professional and detailed from start to finish. He listened and understood my vision for the space, took time for questions and supported me through the decision making process. I’m exceptionally happy with the outcome and finish of this project and would definitely recommend Isaac at Modown. Will happily use Modown for any future projects.

  Solid oak worktop installation

  I met with Isaac from Modown who was very efficient and professional at all times. I required 3 x solid oak worktops installed in a difficult area with the offcuts made in to shelving. All work was completed to a very high standard and in good time. Whilst on this job Isaac also installed some timber wall panels for me.

  Bespoke repurposed kitchen

  Issac is superb! The nicest, friendliest, professional, efficient carpenter you could hope to meet. He has done an excellent job with our bespoke kitchen that was I some else house that we had taken hour , then repurposed. Issac provided invaluable advice and is polite, quick, hardworking and neat. Nothing was too much trouble, even when we found problems, Issac was calm and level-headed and came up with solutions, and still provided us with impeccable finish. We are having him back in the new year to do more work in the house and outside building as log shed,

  New Kitchen

  We have a fantastic new kitchen! Isaac is friendly, knowledgable, with high standards and an eye for detail. He improved our design, found the right suppliers (Howdens - who he has an excellent relationship with), organised the project and engaged his group of excellent trades (Spence, Pat, Charlie and Stan) to delivery an excellent result. Isaac does not spread himself too thinly, so you get his full attention. Really good comms throughout and he and his friendly team were happy to share ideas, solve any issues quickly, always involving us in solutions. Highly recommend!!
