We’re always on time and always happy to answer questions and provide guidance on areas we didn’t know - made sure the job was finished and perfect. Had some issues with grouting but modern tiling made sure to come and fix these even though they were extremely busy.

Steven and Angkel were amazing with communication and quality. I really felt part of the operation and talked me through all of the little details pertinent to my bathroom tiling decisions. They were hard working, timely, friend, and most importantly did a great job. All do their estimations of measurements, quantity of materials, decision making were spot on. They gave me loads of advice and forgiving with my own poor decisions with the bathroom. They went above and beyond to make sure the job went to plan. I would go out of my way to make sure these guys come back on future jobs.

Stiven did a fantastic job retiling my kitchen, and I would highly recommend him for any tiling work. From the start, he was thorough and professional, visiting the property in person to inspect both the space and the tiles before providing a quote. The tiling itself was incredible—especially given the tricky pattern of wrapping yellow and white zigzags around all three kitchen walls. Not an easy task! But Stiven executed it to a high standard, showing real attention to detail and clearly caring about making it perfect.
