  Modern Roofing and Building Limited came out to my property to investigate a leak and quickly identified the source of the problem. They were extremely helpful throughout the process and also assisted with repairing the ceiling damage caused by the leak. The work carried out included repointing the ridge tiles and installing new membrane on the roof. Everything was completed to a high standard, and the quality of workmanship was excellent. The team were friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the job, so I always knew what was happening. I would highly recommend Modern Roofing

  Sonny and his team carried out complete facia board and gutting change in a professional manner and the cost was also very good. I would definitely recommend his services and would use him in the future.
