  I recently hired Modern Roofing and Building Limited to carry out rendering work on the walls of my property, repoint my chimney, and install new lead flashing around the chimney. The access to the chimney was quite difficult, but the team handled the job professionally and efficiently. They arrived as scheduled, worked hard throughout, and completed all the work to a high standard. The rendering looks excellent, and the chimney repairs and new lead flashing have been finished with great attention to detail.
