  Gutter and roofing repairs

  I initially needed gutters replaced at the rear of my property with no rear access and over a conservatory. The work was started promptly, I was kept fully updated throughout and any query I had was answered promptly by the boss. It transpired there were other issues with the roof that also needed attention, so the cost increased but video evidence of the issues were provided, and the issues fixed as described by the boss

  I recently used Modern Roofing & Building Ltd to install new lead flashing and repoint my chimneys, and I’m extremely happy with the work they carried out. The team were professional, friendly, and clearly experienced in what they do. They explained everything that needed doing and completed the job to a very high standard. The new lead flashing looks great and the chimney repointing has made the roof look much better and more secure. They worked efficiently, kept everything tidy, and finished the job on time. Overall, the service was excellent from start to finish. I would definitely recommen

  I would highly recommend this company. Sonny is a true gentleman with excellent communication and clear, professional paperwork throughout. He was always very responsive to any requests. They did a first-class job repairing our roof after a previous company left it in a terrible state that others wouldn’t touch. Sonny and his team were understanding and took on what was clearly a challenging job. Jay explained everything clearly, kept us informed, and found practical solutions despite the complexity. Our roof is now sound, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any future work.
