Modern Maintenance Masters came to our rescue and saved the day! Very quick response to emergency shout out on Check-a-Trade, even visiting on Sunday. Roof is very awkward to get to, but they managed with ingenuity and without complaint. The whole problem was diagnosed and sorted out in just a couple days. Total transparency throughout, excellent communication and a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I would strongly recommend these guys and will be using them again. They carried out a lot of sealant work in my bathroom (which was leaking heavily). They turned up on time, they were friendly, professional and efficient and competitively priced. They have completely eradicated the leak problem for us. Much appreciated and we will be using them again. Thanks very much.
