  Best two guys you could ask for

  Had a kitchen fitted by Chris. The guy has such a great attitude towards work. Everything was spot on. No cutting corners. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome. He was on time and stayed late. Units were scanned and lasered level. I will definitely have Chris again. All the plumbing was done by Marcus. Another great worker with great attitude to work. Both super clean and tidy.

  What a great job done by Marcus. Always arrived on time, always had a smile and a good chat. Did a perfect job and left the place clean and tidy. Really cannot recommend this company enough. I have already booked in for some more remedial work at my home. Reasonably priced as well. Great work at an affordable price.

  Marcus was great. Quick to respond to initial contact, efficient at getting the work done and at a great price. Didn't object to me adding on a few other jobs over the week and sent photos to show progress as it went. Would highly recommend. The worked included painting whole house top to bottom, replacing a bathroom towel rail, resealing the shower, fixing a back gate so it locked, removing some external ivy, and he also fixed a gutter which was causing issues.

  I recently used Modern Maintenance and was extremely pleased with the service provided by Marcus. He went out of his way to help me and did an excellent job assembling my double bed. The work was completed efficiently, professionally, and to a very high standard. Marcus was reliable, courteous, and clearly takes pride in his work. His pricing was also very competitive, offering great value for the quality of service provided.
