James and his team did an amazing job building my patio They also put up a new fence and concreted my side ally way I have used James before when he extended my drive , I knew his quality of work was outstanding so I didn’t hesitate to contact him again when I wanted more work done I highly recommend James and his team They are all very professional, friendly and polite Thanks again

I had about six quotes for my driveway, Modern Landscapes were by far not the most competitive but you get a feeling for a person/company so I chose them. Negatives out of the way first, all the others offered a 10 year guarantee and I assumed that they also would offer however I have asked and no answer. Although they cleared up I found rubble under a bush and other rubble scattered about. Nothing too bad though. Many positives though, James and his team were very polite, quality of the work and timekeeping was very good. Overall I would recommend Modern Landscapes.
