We recently had an Indian sandstone patio extension completed by James and his team at Modern Landscapes and Driveways and are extremely pleased with the result. The new patio has created a fantastic space in our garden and has really transformed the area. James was professional throughout, coming up with excellent drainage solutions and going the extra mile to source non-standard sandstone slabs to achieve the look we wanted. The team worked hard, delivered a high-quality finish, and we would happily recommend them

Modern Landscapes and Driveways came highly recomend, and did not disappoint! Always showed up on time , worked hard, James and his lads were polite and friendly. The land to the back of my house is rough like a building site not an easy job. Their work is neat and tidy and they have transformed this wasteland into a pleasent garden space, with a patio, shed base and pathway. Have asked them to quote for 2nd patio area. Nothing was to much trouble. Thanks for a lovely job very well done!

James at Modern Landscapes came and done a whole refresh of my back patio and front driveway.. at the back he grinned out all the old pointing jet washed and re pointed and it came out looking like new!! At the front we asked for it to be jet washed a sealed which he carried out and again looked amazing!! I couldn't recommend him and his team enough!! Very professional polite and done everything he said he was gonna do and more.. Thanks again James and the team at Modern Landscapes.

We couldn’t be happier with how my driveway turned out, we had block paving, a fence with concrete posts and security bollards installed. James and the team were amazing, polite and professional - the work is to the highest standard and we’ve constantly had people stopping to compliment it. I highly recommend them
