  Ben was brilliant. He called beforehand to double check it was still okay to come over. He got the work done quickly and accurately, and he even had time to say hello to the cats!! All round amazing character, I will be passing on his business cards to anyone who says they need a plumber!

  Very prompt replies. Excellent communication. Turned up when promised. Very professional, polite, clean, tidy and really sounded like they knew their stuff. Did an excellent job and very reasonably priced. Have requested a quote for further works.
