  Phil did a great job of painting my 3 bedroom house , it looks fantastic . The job took a few days longer than he originally said but it was worth it for such a good finish .

  They repaired some of the rendering on the outside of the property and then repainted with two coats. The job was done well and they cleaned up the property nicely before they left. I would recommend them for any similar job.

  I recently had the whole inside of my house painted. Phil was very professional and friendly . Completed an excellent job inside my home at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend modern futures and use them again.

  Phil’s quote was very similar to other quotes we received but we chose Phil and his team because he suggested a specific brand with a fantastic colour range and were really helpful. They arrived promptly and worked hard all day and were with us for around a week. The end job is great and the house looks fab .
