  High quality professional finished flooring

  High quality, professional service. Floor fully prepared to a high standard ensuring the floor fitted was fitted perfectly. The quality of the LVT flooring is very good and the finish is amazing. We are so happy with the transformation. The team are all specialists in their area, including prep work, floor fitting, joinery for the skirting boards and plumber. The team were all respectful, hardworking and perfectionists in what they do. The overall experience we have had with modern flooring solutions has been excellent from start to finish. We will certainly use them again for flooring needs.

  Exceptional Company

  The best customer service I have probably ever had in my 40 years on the planet. From the start dealing with Chris, and then the Surveyor that came out, finishing with the star of the show Kern, such a lovely guy, perfectionist in his work, he fit vinyl click flooring within 48 hours of my enquiry. I cannot fault this team at all and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you for all you have done for us, in finishing off the last job of our newly fitted kitchen at such short notice.

  Stunning flooring

  What a great experience with this company Firstly thanks to all the showroom staff and also KEN who made such a great job of installing my flooring .I found KEN was an excellent tradesman who’s knowledge in what his job entailed was plain to see .From start to finish every part of the job was completed to a very high standard and quality .All rubbish was cleared away,as did the carpet fitter who had fitted a new stair carpet.All in all a great experience and an excellent finish.

  Jordan and the team did an outstanding job on our new family home. From the very start, they guided us through every step — helping us choose the perfect type of flooring, advising on colour schemes, and ultimately fitting our dream flooring to the highest standard. The whole process was seamless. The team were always punctual, professional, and full of energy, making what could have been a stressful part of moving house (especially with a 7-month-old!) feel easy and even exciting.
