  Ed and his team are very professional and trustworthy. They gave useful and professional advice to our ideas. Ed is a frank production manager/builder. He kept us update of the progress weekly. From the beginning to the end, the communication was very smooth. The joinery works are excellence. Ed and his team are really actualised our ideas. We are very happy with the result. We would highly recommend Ed and his team (Modern City).

  Flat renovation

  We needed upgrade on another property of ours and Moderncity construction has been phenomenal in the rebuilding of our flat. It has been a tremendous job and Ed’s team are lovely. I would recommend them to anyone needing building work done to the highest standard

  New Bathroom & Other Jobs

  Ed & his team have done various jobs for me, both large and small, and their work is always finished to a high standard. He did an outstanding job replacing a bathroom (including removing & replacing rotten joints below the floor, rebuilding the bathroom, & making the new bathroom completely water-tight). Ed is obliging and accommodating (incorporating client requests and ideas), calm and patient, as well as hardworking and straight, with high standards of personal integrity. He is a pleasure to work with. I recommend him and his team highly.

  We had a new kitchen and dining room redesigned and fitted by Moderncity construction with excellent results. We found them punctual, friendly, clean and very tidy. First class workmanship and took pride in their work. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them

  We contacted Moderncity after a recommendation from a previous client. They have recently carried out a complete kitchen refurbishment in our flat. Ed and the whole team were helpful and professional at all times. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Moderncity Construction and will certainly use them again
