10 Major work to boiler

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mode. The job on my boiler turned out to be pretty big and Adam was there hours making sure it was sorted. Adam is a true gent, honest and trustworthy. He moved two radiators in our house for us. With it not being urgent work, he fitted us around emergency call-outs which meant we gave him a key to come and go (we felt perfectly comfortable doing this) which in the end was a half day and one long day into the evening. We had to wait around four weeks from initial contact, but for a good tradesman that seems perfectly acceptable, especially during the winter months. Adam did a great job - other plumbers I spoke to didn’t know where to start as the source of the blockage was not obvious, but he was methodical, helpful and determined to find a solution! He prioritised the job, which I really appreciated as life without a working toilet is not much fun - and he did some very neat re-tiling in a really awkward space.
