Mark is one of those tradesman that really care about what he does he is a very polite and honest person. His workmanship is very good and you can see he takes a lot of pride in what he delivers. His communication and time keeping is excellent. Quality of the product was very good. He gave good advise and a presence that made me feel very comfortable that I had made the right choice. The finished job was extremely professional and I would not hesitate to use him again.

Mark came to repair what looked like a simple locking mechanism repair. But as it turned out took him 3 hours to sort. We have been without the use of this window for such a long time having replaced handles to try and sort it. He replaced the mechanism and handle and kept telling me exactly what he was doing. A top job and we will be returning to get some further windows sorted would fully recommend Mark.

Mark fitted a new door and window.  Mark was polite and respectful. Work was completed to a good standard. Would recommend.

Mark and Steve did a brilliant job replacing cladding that had originally been up for over 30 years. Mark came to quote and was very polite and arrived when he said he would. During the Quotation we both agreed this would be subject to what they may find underneath the old cladding. Mark and Steve arrived when they said they would. As anticipated underneath the old cladding was a disaster. Mark talked me through all the issues as they found them and then told me how this could be resolved. There was much more work involved they just got on with. Brilliant guys. Great fun. 100 % recommend.
