We are a family run Damp and Timber Remedial Specialist business, established since 1975, working in our local communities throughout Shropshire, Cheshire, Staffordshire and surrounding areas.
initially working with. National company in the early 1970’s; from London to the Northeast, the family business born, based in North Shropshire. The business soon became well known in the local area as a contractor that is honest and reliable. The vast majority of work is through recommendations and sub-contract work from builders and architects. Having built relationships over many years; a number of estate agents rely on us to give help their clients from advice to Damp and Timber Survey Reports. This is still the case today and recently being recognized as the ‘best Damp proofing Company’ in Shropshire with the SME Midland Enterprise Awards.
During this period, we have worked with a number of multi-National chemical manufacturers and material suppliers, helping our customers by using the best products available on the market. As approved contractors we offer a substantial 30-year underwritten guarantee, fully recognized by Mortgage Companies and local Building Control. This guarantee is available for Rising Damp and Timber Infestation (Woodworm) Treatments.
