I initially contacted Marcin about screeding an uneven subfloor in the kitchen, however the night before when lifting the floor I found evidence of damp. Marcin was happy to let me reschedule while I investigated the source, and came back a few weeks later to put down a Damp Proof Membrane and follow up with a nice fresh screed.
